Townes’ Napa Salad (NOTE:  Townes does not follow recipes nor does he use measurements so I have taken his ingredients and tried my best to figure out how he makes this delicious salad!  Please adjust seasonings to fit your taste buds.)

- 1 pound of Napa Cabbage

- Olive Oil

- Balsamic Vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 8 ounces of Manischewitz fine egg noodles (found at Ingles in the Asian section of the grocery store)

- 1 garlic clove

- 1/4 cup grated cheese (we use white cheddar)

(1) Shred Napa Cabbage by cutting into thin bite sized pieces.  Toss Napa cabbage with Manischewitz  fine egg noodles and cheese.

(2) Make Salad Dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil,  1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 clove pressed garlic, salt and pepper to taste

(3) Toss salad with salad dressing.  Serve.
