Our Offerings

You may find our fresh and tasty produce at local Farmer Markets or through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program which delivers produce to families for 25 weeks of the year.

We plan on growing the following market vegetables for the season:

Summer and Fall Delights:  tomatoes, summer squash, sweet corn,  green beans, edamame, potatoes, winter squash such as butternut, buttercup and kabacha, cauliflower and broccoli

Leafy Greens: spinach, kale, collards, swiss chard, boc choi, salad mixes, mesclun mixes, mixed varieties of head lettuce

Roots: bunching onions, beets, garlic, potatoes, radishes, turnips, carrots, celeriac

Herbs: We grow a few annual herbs such as basil, cilantro, fennel, parsley and dill

In the not to distant future we hope to expand into small fruits with the addition of  blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.  We are also looking at re-planting our orchard into our fenced production area so the deer do not destroy our trees like they have done with our previous orchard.
